Disputes
It is the intention of the Washington USL&H Assigned Risk Plan Governing Committee to provide a relatively quick and inexpensive process for the resolution of disputes. This page helps explain the process.
If the First and Second dispute processes to the right have been exhausted, the appeals process below can be followed to appeal directly to WARP.
FIRST
Any dispute should first be brought to the attention of the servicing carrier.
- Claim issues should be addressed to Nancie Lamson, Alaska National AVP of Claims, PNW Region. She can be reached at 208-955-8036.
- Underwriting, premium and other issues not related to claims should be directed to April Chanes, Alaska National Senior Underwriter. She can be reached at 206-515-1857.
SECOND
You may contact the Washington USL&H Assigned Risk Plan Executive Director, Katey Noonan.
- Katey can be reached at 360-585-7220 or by email using the “Contact Us” tab on this website.
THIRD
You may file a formal appeal with the Washington USL&H Assigned Risk Plan.
- Follow the procedures using the button to the left.
